The little boy explains that he works as a street seller to earn money for food - and will not be able to go to school
The little boy was spotted outside one of the fast food chain's restaurant in India by actor Varun Pruthi, who invited him inside for something to eat.
After being treated to a Happy Meal, complete with plastic toy, the little boy sits down with Varun Pruthi to eat, explaining that he will be saving some of his meal to share with his sister later.
The tiny child also reveals that his mother is ill with a fever, and that his father had passed away.
Selling pens for a living , the boy is relied upon by his family to earn money for their food.
"If I will not sell pens, then how will I feed myself?" the boy asks. "If I go to school, how will I feed myself?"
Later, the actor buys a stash of pens from the street child, who explains he will be spending all of his earnings on food for his mother and sister.
Varun Pruthi added the message: "As per non government organisations, there are estimated [to be] over 60 million child labourers in India."
He hopes the video will encourage people to join the campaign he has started.
"I started from the rock bottom," he explains on his Facebook page.
"I have the passion for humanity and acting, I am giving every single thing I got to bring the awareness, change and humanity back."
His video has now racked up over 12,000 views since being posted on February 16.
