Actress Amelia Warner is said to be unhappy with the Northern Irishman acting out explicit sex scenes
Actress Amelia Warner, who has a 15-month-old daughter with the star, is said to be unhappy with him acting out the explicit sex scenes in the controversial film.
Jamie Dornan won’t star in a sequel to Fifty Shades of Grey – because his wife doesn’t want him to, it has been claimed.
And Jamie, from Holywood, Co Down, has been left reeling by a barrage of scathing reviews for the movie adaptation of the risque S&M book.
Australian magazine NW claims the 32-year-old has told film bosses he won’t be back as kinky businessman Christian Grey for parts two and three.
It quotes an insider saying: “Jamie said the movie would skyrocket his career.
“He tried to assure Amelia nothing would change but women all over the world now lust after Jamie.
“She hasn’t seen the film and I don’t think she will to be honest.”
The magazine also resurrects claims Jamie didn’t click with co-star Dakota Johnson, saying: “Jamie does not think his performance was bad – instead he blames Dakota and says it wasn’t possible to have chemistry with her.
“He says Dakota gave him nothing to work with.”
Critics slammed Jamie’s performance in the film as unappealing and dreary and the movie has been blasted as timid and tame.
There have also been reports of friction between EL James, who wrote the trilogy, and director Sam Taylor-Johnson, who has allegedly also pulled out of the sequels.
Despite the reviews, Fifty Shades is still dominating the box office, taking more than €350million worldwide so far.
Elsewhere, a woman has been arrested after being caught pleasuring herself during Fifty Shades of Grey.
The 33-year-old was reported to staff by fellow cinema-goers in Western Mexico.
She was led away from the scene in handcuffs by cops
