Dan Osborne has been told to stay away from the TOWIE set after leaked audio appears to show him threaten his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin, it has been reported.
A spokesman for the show said: "We will be speaking to Dan. In the meantime he will not be taking part in filming" according to The Sun.
In Sunday night's episode Dan's newborn daughter, Ella, was introduced to James Lock and Danielle Armstrong.

The 23-year-old, was all smiles despite recent controversy, and beamed: "She looks exactly like her mum."
Within moments Twitter was awash with comments on how 'cute' Baby Ella is.
One user posted: "Awh, how cute is Baby Ella?"

Another said: "She's so perfect doesn't even look real."
#BabyElla was soon trending marking her big moment.
One user told her followers: "Baby Ella... First appearance an TV and already she's trending! so tiny and beautiful #TOWIE @DannyO #babyella."

The debut came moments after the leaked audio shows Dan appearing to threaten his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin.
The disturbing audio, which is believed to have been recorded last year, appears to show Dan, accusing Megan of breaking up his family.
Dan Osborne has not publicly commented on the audio purportedly of the TOWIE star threatening his ex-girlfriend, but he’s now shared a photo of his new tattoo dedicated to new girlfriend Jacqueline Jossa.
The TOWIE star shared a photo of the letter J and the little heart that has been tattooed onto his wrist.
Dan shared the photo on Instagram, along with the caption: “Love my J tattoo for my gorgeous Girlfriend/Best Friend @jacjossa.. Thank you @tattoo_mart done a great job!!”
