The online celebrity dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee, known as Dr Pimple Popper, has a hard case to solve in this gruesome clip
A man with a mysterious bump on his foot has it surgically removed in this gory clip.
The latest patient of celebrity dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee - better known as Dr Pimple Popper - proved a tough nut to crack - or burst.
With a large bump on his right foot, Dr Lee thought she was dealing with a ganglion cyst - a fluid-filled swelling that usually develops near a joint or tendon.
But when her attempts to drain the bump failed, she realised she was dealing with something unusual.
Writing beneath the YouTube video, Dr Lee said: "I wasn't sure what it was before removing it.
"And now I know why I couldn't figure out exactly what it was before removing it. Pathology confirmed this was a Palisaded Encapsulated Neuroma, which is not very common.
"This is a benign growth, a collection of nerve cells in a bundle. It is not malignant or life threatening.

"And now, he doesn't have this bump on the top of his foot anymore, so even though he didn't really want to go through with this, I think he is happy he did in the end!"
Dr Lee works at the Skin Physicians & Surgeons practice in Upland, California, and often posts footage of gory spot-draining procedures for her fans to watch on her Instagram and YouTube accounts.
