Dad of baby found suffocated to death dies in hospital from self-inflicted injuries

The dad of a baby found dead from suffocation earlier this week has died in hospital from self-inflicted injuries.
Andrezej Piolunowicz was found with wounds to his arms and stomach on Sunday evening after the body on his 11-month-old son Karol was found in an apartment in Co Kerry, Ireland.
The 32-year-old father was taken to Kerry University Hospital and later transferred to Cork University Hospital, where he died on Thursday, the Irish Mirror reported .

A police spokesman said: "A man, 32 years, discovered at an apartment complex on Upper High Street, Killarney, Co Kerry on Sunday 6 of March 2016 with serious injuries, was pronounced dead at Cork University Hospital this afternoon, Thursday 10 March 2016.
"GardaĆ­ also discovered the body of an 11-month-old baby boy after being called to an incident at the apartment complex on the 6 March 2016.
"The baby was treated at the scene by emergency services personnel but pronounced dead a short time later."
