The Sunderland winger was with £12 million Black Cats striker Steven Fletcher for a ‘bachelor party’ at a five-star resort in the oil-rich Arab state.
Johnson, 27, was photographed in a club and on a boat with Julie Hall, 26, who is understood to work as an ambassador and model in Dubai.
The two were pictured on social media together partying with friends and spent several days with Fletcher and a group of around 15-20 lads - including Everton and England star Ross Barkley - on the stag ‘week-end’.
In the photos, he is seen in a club with Ms Hall, as well as on what appeared to be a yacht, and posed alongside other revellers while staying at the exclusive Address hotel and resort.
The photo of him on the boat bears a striking resemblance one taken earlier this year when Johnson visited Dubai with his girlfriend Stacey Flounders, which she posted on Facebook.
While Johnson was in Dubai, Stacey enjoyed the ‘hen do’ in Marbella with Fletcher’s girlfriend Rachel Monaghan, 22, with whom he has a one-year old daughter Darcy-Mae.
Rachel and Scots international Fletcher are due to marry in Portugal this summer.
The hen night ladies posed for a glamorous line-up of ‘Wags’ by the pool of their hotel in Marbella, while and his stag party pals enjoyed a host of luxury suites, 1,000-square metre outdoor swimming pool, and restaurant with views of the tallest tower in the world, the 829m (2,772ft) high Burj Khalifa, at the Address resort.
Fletcher hit the headlines this season when he was blasted by fans after posing with his new £260,000 Lamborghini Aventador super car while struggling for goals during the club’s relegation battle.
The £40,000-a-week striker, who at the time had scored seven times in two years for Sunderland, suffered a Twitter backlash after the photograph of him with the super car on the driveway of his home went viral.
Johnson left Dubai last Monday in time to appear at Durham Crown Court on Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to four charges relating to sexual activity with a girl of 15.
He is due to stand trial on August 24.
