The outspoken 1D hunk says that he and his former bandmate are now "back on good terms" after their online spat over Naughty Boy during their first interview as a four piece on James Corden's Late Late Show
But now former best friends Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik have made up - or so the 1D star told TV host James Corden tonight.
A week ago, Louis, 22, found himself in a scrap with Naughty Boy, Zayn's new best friend, which culminated in Zayn hitting back at the star, saying: "Remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine?"
But last night on James Corden's Late Late Show, Louis spoke about the feud for the first time, saying: "We are on good terms.
"It has all been resolved, I have never have been good at holding my tongue I think I get it from me mum."
Phew. And it appears that there has been an awful lot of forgiving going on in the 1D camp of late. They gave their first interview as a four-piece to their friend and new American star, Corden, 36, on his CBS chat show, where he interrogated them on all things 1D.
The obvious question came near the beginning...So how did they feel when Zayn quit in March during the band's world tour .
Sensible Liam Payne was the one left to answer that one.
""We were angry but it's better now. There were parts of this job that Zayn loved, but there were parts he hated. And you can't hate this job at all, or only like some of it. So he had to do what was best for him.
"We wish him the best of luck...No hard feelings."
And any rumours that they would be replacing Zayn were quashed. James asked time and time again if they would find a fifth member, but Harry said no three times.
The band pre-recorded the show at the network's Hollywood studios but it wasn't all hardcore questions.
James recorded a hilarious skit of the boys, where he was their strict captain.
